Related to the the Amaryllis, the small, prolific Atamasco lily is also known as the Easter lily because it blooms in spring.
This lily has 4-6 flat, grass-like leaves and funnel shaped white flowers that are often fringed with pink. They grow in low, damp meadows, and are found in pastures and along roadsides in the southeastern US.
